No Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Spooky’s Studio, a creative space offering both curated vintage fashion and photography services. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a session.

Vintage Shop – All Sales Final

Due to the nature of vintage and secondhand items, all sales from our thrift shop are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on clothing, accessories, or any other retail items.

Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. Sizing, condition, and fit may vary — feel free to reach out with any questions before buying.


Photography Sessions
All photography session deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.

  • No-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

  • Final payments for completed shoots are also non-refundable, as the service and time have been rendered.

Refund Policy - The Basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

What to Include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
